With the Dewalt DWE1622K, you tackle heavy-duty holemaking in structural steel with speed and precision. Its capable 1200W two-speed motor pairs with a powerful electromagnetic base delivering 10000 n of clamping force to keep the machine firmly anchored on metal surfaces. The quick-change 3/4" Weldon toolholder lets you swap annular cutters up to 50 mm diameter without extra tools. Using the supplied adapter and 16 mm keyed chuck, you can also run standard drill bits, while the gravity-fed cooling system prevents heat buildup. The reversible feed handle mounts on either side for optimal access, all securely stored in a sturdy carrying case.
